Other News Updates*

Last week, MLCC put out this chart detailing various situations and what type(s) of local approvals are required.

The time for license renewals has come and passed.  If you did not renew your license, do not expect MLCC to be lenient.  We have already noted that several licensees who failed to renew on time have been removed from the “Licensee spirit purchases” lists on MLCC’s website.  At this point, we have reason to believe that MLCC may simply cancel all non-renewed licenses.  If we hear further information on this topic, we will update you accordingly.

For information on when/how the local government may object to renewal of a license or recommend license revocation see this document, put out by MLCC today.

*To get these updates in “real time” be sure to watch our twitter feed or Facebook page.  Many of these are “small” updates and, therefore, we do not create a blog post for them.
